Data is just for text and jpeg type of information. You need to burn DVD

I burn four 1120 MB xvid (avi) files at a time to dvd as data files.
If I want to burn them as a dvd to use on an external player I would use ConvertX To Dvd to convert them...
AVI to DVD Video Converter Software VSO ConvertXtoDVD
