I go to sitepoint.com/forums and namepros when I'm bored. I go there, so I can try to get inspired to do something creative.

There are many sites to surf when bored..
for general quiz.. I visit www.netfundu.com
play games.. cricket , pool
play them online .. challenge others..it becomes intresting as more members increase,..
I visit to jokes sites , listen to music online.. etc...
many more things to surf.

I'm a big forumer, so I visit lots of forums. I also visit news sites (health, technology, entertainment).

One of my favorite sites is RedMeat.com - hilariously sarcastic comic strip that's been going since the late 90s. I highly recommend it if you're into biting sarcasm.
