I have administrative rights , i want to know how can i know all USERS userid and password

Why not do the decent thing and ask the USERS what their passwords are, instead of resorting to stealth methods as suggested by Lurkswithin. You just might get lucky.

If I was a USER on your network I would be royally pissed off if you installed a keylogger to find my USER details and passwords...

wombat is right to an extent...

I work with lots of business accounts and for the most part have to accept the fact that the business owns the network and/or computers used there so has the right to restrict what ever they deem necessary and also have the right to monitor what is done within the specs of work and who is using which computers to do what...
