Default tv tuner poor picture


i bought haupauge wintv-pvr 150 and installed but the picture is very poor i know a little about computers , not a lot. i would like a little advise. thank you

i would check the connections of all the coaxial cables, from cable, to tuner card, if they are in tightly, then it may just be a poor quality card.
I have never heard of the company you speak of, so it is hard to know if they are a trustworthy company.

no i don't think it is my cables , i check them and tried s video. is it possible that my video card is to slow ?

it's possible, what are the specs of your computer?
OS, RAM, Processor, etc

sorry it take me so long to responce ,putting in alot of hour at work . i want to record games with tv tuner ,but it is not fit watch. i have a intel(r) pentium(r) 4 cpu 1.70ghz ,768mb of RAM,nvidia GeForce2 mx/mx 400 (microsoft corporation video card and a new nec lcd 19v(ddc/ci). thank you for trying to help.
