trouble Trying to reload OS on a dell Latitude CSx


Laptop has a CDROM on the docking station, but the computer will not reconize the cd. I have set the bios to boot to cd first hard drive second.
Any help will be appreciated. Mastonp

Connecting to the docking station changes the boot options....the first boot order should be " Boot external device" then Harddrive. Your laptop may not support booting from external device, in which you are going to be out of luck in using the CDrom from the docking station to install the operating system.
