Default Third Party sites getting through!!!!!!

I have a 3rd party site that got through to my system32 files. Naturally it is a virus protection software selling site...LOL
How can I stop third party sites from getting through and how can I get this damn pop-up to go away?

Not a lot of info regarding operating system again.

Have you run anti malware software like Spybot Search and Destroy in Safe Mode (after first turning off System Restore)?

Download and install it, update then run it. Delete everything it reports as bad.

Also get SpywareBlaster and install that, update this regularly.

Get yourself a half decent firewall to stop this carp getting on your computer.

A good adblocker is worthwhile getting as well...

Thanx for the info. By the way, I'm using Vista home Prem.
I downloaded Avast Home Ed, and ran a scan with that and it took it all out. Thanks again.
