Sound Sound system

Ok its like this, i have the Creative Inspire T1000 5.1 Sound sytem

It is great,imagine my neighbours......
But i have a problem, the sound is great, but the rear speakers play really silently
On Windows Vista in a sound panel, you can chose the sound of all speakers, but now i have XP, and need some kind of program or a fix that all of my speakers would work at 100% eficiency My sound card is good, also creative, and i dunno wheres the problem.Any help?

In XP there is a speaker icon on the taskbar next to the clock. Click it and a master control panel will appear. Set the volumes accordingly!
