The procedure entry point setvbuf could not be located

I am having trouble with more than one program I try to open hotmail messenger, HP games, or even word processor and everytime it tell me that "The procedure entry point setvbuf could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR80.dll. I don't know what to do. Can someone help?
