Default password problem

I have a fujitsu lt c-500 that is used for my job, not used very often lately.
it has been in in storage for a couple months. when i needed it, it powers up fine, but it now asks me for a password on start up. I do not have a password set up. I can not get the tablet to boot from floppy to clear/check for the SAM file(s). is there some way to work around this?

There is an ad for password recovery in your post click on it and see what they say.

There are too many bad people out there for me to help break any password issues...
