Check the system requirements for Windows 7 from Microsoft.

On your PC - Hold down the Windows button and push 'r'. This will open up the 'run' window.
Once it's open, type in 'msinfo32'. This will open up your PCs' information window.
On the left hand side is a navigation menu.
On the right hand side you will find all the information you need.

You can actually just try installing from the disc as well, l think it should do a compatability check anyway.
