Default Move Vista to a new drive

Hi,

When i bought my new system a couple of years ago, it came with Vista on
30 GB Partition (C) and 300 GB (D) Partition on the same drive. I just bought a new sata 1 TB Hard drive. I went to move my (C) to my new drive because i keep running out of space. I install my new sata drive and formatted it. Need Help on what to do next??? If you can give me a step by step answers, I would appreciated it.

Thank You,
Ron
