click the start button and select " set program access and defaults" Then choose which program you wish to do what!

depends on what system you are running your PC. In Vista in the configuration it reads somewhere 'standard programs' there you canb adjust.

In WinXP you can do the same, but there you should open the explorer, mapoptions, fileoptions.
