Default Lost Drivers

I reinstalled windows on my friend's computer and in doing so managed to lose the drivers to his sound and video cards, as well as the wireless internet card. He doesnt have any of the disks because the computer was given to him as a gift, so is there a program or anything available to figure out what kind of cards I have in order to find the drivers I need in order to get them to work again. Any help would be great!!

The mobo should have a model number sticker near the chipset
The chipset itself will have a model number on it
Most gfx cards have a model number either etched on the back or on a sticker as do most other card types
If you post some photos I'll have a look for you
