Default How to get into setup folder


Hello All,
I am trying to install a small app in Windows7.
But in order to do this the app needs to be
directly copied to the startup folder.
Could you tell how to do this please.

if its a permission issue just use a linux live cd / usb

google backtrack 5

and pendrive linux
