Add an different item to your Send To menu, you need to add a shortcut to the SendTo folder.

1) Go to Start-> Run. Here type sendto and Hit Enter Key.
2) Right click on blank space within the SendTo folder.
3) Right Click and go New-> Shortcut.
4) Here add a new shortcut item.
5) Close the SendTo folder window.
You now see the newly shortcut item in your Send to Menu.
If you delete a shortcut item from the Send To menu just Go to Start- Run,then type sento and hit Enter KEY.
2) Find the item that you would like to delete.
