Google Docs have comprehensibly changed the way we work on Internet. You can create Presentations, Spreadsheets and Documents. Google Docs provide you a great flexibility while working as you can acquire, edit and save the files anytime and anywhere you want.

There might be times when you wanted to export all (or few) of these files on to your computer. So, here are the steps:

Step 1: Login to your Google Docs account.

Step 2: Now select (mark) the files that you want to export.

Step 3: After selecting them, click on MORE ACTIONS and then click on the button labeled as EXPORT.

Step 4: While saving the files you have an option to save them in the format you want. For example, Open Office, PDF, MS Office or other formats.

Step 5: Now, click on the Continue button and while will start getting zipped. Meanwhile you can see the process percentage.

Step 6: If you do not have much time to wait, you have an option which sends you the link from where you can download the zipped files directly.

Step 7: And once they are zipped, they are ready to get downloaded. Simply provide the destination path and click on OK button.

That is all.
