Bug Help! DVD,CDWR,DVDWR do not work

My drives have all quit on me. When check Device Manager they are listed with the yellow triangle. When I went into properties it says the drivers are corrupted or have a missing file in each one. I have the drivers for them but can't access them as have no working drive to install. Code # 39.
Ihave checked online about the Sony DVDWR but can't find a driver I can download to my hard drive or my external hard drive. Uninstalled them one at a time and restarted computer and still get same message. If put a cd in drives the light comes on and it tries to read them. So do not think they are bad. Hope someone can tell me how to find the drivers for them or at least one. Thought the Sony was my best bet for it has separate cd to install and others came on computer and on cd with other files.
Thank you for help.
Virginia

Default I got them working

I got back first the DVD/CD Rom back so could use it. Then last night I decided to take off again Roxio 6.1 Burner program. I uninstalled it using the Windows uninstall. Restarted computer and thought I would see if could use my two burners. I could. So I downloaded a couple of free trial burner software programs. Installed one and found I could burn a cd or dvd. Have burner for each. This one was only good for 2 cd's so took it off and installed the second one I had downloaded. It is good for 7 days. It works good so may buy it. Anyway to make a long story shorter my big problem evidently was my Roxio 6.1 Software. Had never had a problem with it before on Windows XP Pro. Thanks for trying to help.
