Just change the boot order in your bios to CD first and start the machine with the DVD in the drive. It will run setup and you can format and reinstall Vista or whatever OS you like.

removing a dual boot
from your other OS follow this procedure (assuming you have another) to remove vista from the order. Then format the partition with Vista on it, and restart.
Once restarted load the XP disk and choose repair once it appears and run:
fixmbr
fixboot
and these will remove Vista completely from the boot sector.

Default Thanks, I new it,... but...

Is something wrong with the laptop I use, it wont find the DVD before OS is starting, even I used New last "modell" BIOS, might be just some stupid cable, but...
However I tryed w/ 6 diskettes and external USB diskette, this didnt work 3 times before, so I was desperate and bought me a new ACER, almost the same but not so advanced, just that the new has a camera,..

And I was thinkin today just after I posted Help"!""!" - : Why the diskettes didnt work??? might be the 6-th diskette, wich was saiyng - "hard disc error" is demaged,.. I tried again - and& BOOOOOOOOOMMMMM -..-.-.-.-

IT WORKED PERFKTLY HURRRAAAIIIIIIIII,

Just 10 minutes ago, Thanks, now I have 2 laptops and ,.. .. "--"1000 euro"...
