There is no such animal. You must first identify the files that are corrupted or suspected as being the virus and hand clean them by the directions that are given....or you can choose to format the drive and end it that way.

Some drives can be inspected and cleaned by your installed antivirus program but you must make sure it is selected in the settings to be inspected with the scanner.
