Default Can't get past the boot

I had tried to pull up a photo CD and the disc was corrupt, the CD/DVD hard drive would not eject the CD, I had to manually eject it and after that the CD/DVD hard drive would not work and slowed my computer down in the start up something awful. I pulled the CD/DVD out and tryed to see if maybe something was stuck in it, but no luck. After put it back in my computer I can't get past the booting, it will restart itself before I ever get into windows, can you help?

In your CMOS setup for Boot sequence make sure CD-ROM is not selected or make it a last option.

Also check the jumper on the CD-ROM and power cables are properly connected.

try starting your computer with the drive detatched, as it may have a short (i had a floppy do that to me once) otherwise it may be a memory (RAM) issue, most often false or incomplete startups come back to that, be sure not to touch anything and keep your case grounded at all times while you are inside it.
