You are not getting any error message or beeping?
Did you start hitting the Del key as soon as turning it on?

If that is what's happening you need to disconnect everything from the motherboard except what is required to boot. Reset the CMOS.
If you are still getting nothing you need to further trouble shoot your motherboard. Memory sticks, power supply, on board sound or graphics, CPU etc.

I think that the poster needs to be a little bit more discriptive as to what it is doing. If he can't boot past the bios screen he needs to see if he can actually boot into the bios and see if the harddrive(s) are being detected.
