Bug Adware Eats Computer Away!

Ok here's the deal. A friends of mine said his computer was EXTREMELY slow. So i scanned it for all types of viruses, and sure enough it had adware. I tried to remove the viruses but the computer just locked up and I got the bluescreen. When i tried to boot back into windows the computer came up with this think called rundll and said it could no load dll files, but i cannot remember which file it was and when i try to boot back into windows i just get the bluescreen. I know a Dll File Library that allows me to download all the dll files, but I have no clue when they would all go.

Any help with this problem would be great.
