I am facing problems with less graphics memory so i want to buy a graphics card i have a pcchips mother board with pentium 4 processor please suggest me a suitable graphics card with cost

That question is relative to where you live at and also as to what type of BUS is being used to connect the graphics card to your motherboard

Maybe if you gave the model of your motherboard and where you live (Country) would be a bit better

i'm in india and i am using pcchips P21G model mother board i'm having just 32 mb graphics card

That motherboard requires an AGP interface for the Graphics/video card.

I don't know who you can get computer parts from in India but in the USA, Newegg.com is a great place to get them.

This is a link to about 40 different cards with the AGP interface on 2 pages.

Compare them and make sure that you can connect to your monitor by either a HDMI or D-sub connection...
also check your existing card and check to see if it requires a low profile card to fit in the computer case.
