I have a fairly new Dell Inspiron ( less than 1 year)that has Windows Vista Premium installed. Out of the blue a couple months ago,it would not let me log in as Administrator. I eventually called the Dell Tech support and had to wipe everything off and use the recover disc to reinstall. The screen doesnt look the same as before. I hope this horror story does not happen to you.
