what size do you want for a banner?

In my forum, only .gif and .jpg with 200 x 90 pixels size is permitted! So will it be possible to get a banner in that size? And also can you plz tell me how to put the sig you gave me onto my sig area in my profile and then have a link on it, so that when people click it, it will go to my forum? Thanks man.
