worked for me just fine.
What browser are you using, if it's ff you may want to be sure you are allowing scripts on the MS site as there are many of them, but they are not malicious... yet, lol.

I am using internet explorer. is there a differerent website that I can use?

Sami 02-26-2007 02:23 PM

I think you are having problems with your Internet Explorer's security settings which is restricting you from downloading the files.

Try Firefox

are you able to download from any other site? give examples of working sites if possible.

Yes, I can download anything else including sidebar gadgets for the vista sidebar. :-?

What version of IE are you running? A really old version could cause a problem, but as you're running XP to the best of my knowledge I doubt that is the case. Check with Help - About when in IE anyway though.

It may also be Spyware. I recently got infested with a nasty little "application" that redirected me to pages I didn't request - typically to get me to view adverts or sponsers of the software etc. I ended up downloading trusty SpyBot, running a full scan and removing all the nasties that were lurking on my system.

One reboot later and all was well. Again, it's a long shot seeing as though other downloads from the site work, but worth a look anyway.

I am running on vista with Internet explorer 7 or whatever the newest version is. I have also tried with my other vista computer and 3 of my xp systems. I am running spybot everyday.

Can I get it somewhere else?
