Default Inserting RSS onto Frontpage Website?

How do I insert a RSS feed on my website using Frontpage 2002? When I copy a Shortcut to a xml or RSS feed link, do I apply it as a Plug-in or some other web component?

When pasted into the Plug-in bar, I get the blank screen box with the scroll arrows on the left, but no direct feed or text of any kind....

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

TY

trouble TY, But......

I understand how to produce a RSS feed from my site...How do I integrate a Feed into my site. For Ex. - There is Web Component that I can transfer MSNBC Feeds to my site, but I want to be able to bring feeds from other XML/RSS feeds and have them on my website when you visit.

Should I be saving the Shortcut and pasting into a Java script or active X or Plug-in?

I've also seen some info on Microsoft editor for creating a Macro...UGH!

I've been researching this throughout the net and have come acroos some HTML Code work for doing this...Is that my only option?
