comp wont let me use system restore, scanned with malwarebytes and avg pro found nothing [only cookies] any advice ty.

That is not being hyjacked.

Sometimes system restore just will not restore back because of an update or older restore points were removed or updated by the installation of another program or update and or you are trying to restore to a non restore point in time.

What and why do you need to restore back for.
