GRE tunnels over ipsec

I have been trying to test out GRE tunnels over ipsec in my home lab. I have 2 Juniper 5GT's providing the IPsec tunnel and I am trying create a GRE tunnel between a 3560 (with EMI) and a 3725 (with adv ent services). My VPN tunnels are up and running and I can access both sides of the IPsec tunn
