i would say that vlc player is the best. it can play almost anything where all other media players fail. it has impressed me the most out of all other players

I am familiar with windows media player,real player,winamp.Out of these i think real player is most comfortable.

Myself, I like ZoomPlayer for vids. I like the intuitiveness of the interface. Plus the slew of options it gives u.

For Audio, It has to be MediaMonkey. having a bit over 10000 songs, MediaMonkey makes organizing, maintaining, finding songs a breeze.
