I will pass this on to my Dad. As for Yahoo, according to him, it i about as blazing fast as cable, because they have a 10/100 Etherlink adaptor.

P.S: He is the network admin. So any questions you may have, he can probably answer.

Could this problam have anything to do with the fact that PC1 is XP and PC2 in Vista?
