For windows 7 only-Restrict areas which you don’t want others to enter
 

When you have a collection of ultimate applications like some gadgets, programs or games, you don’t want them to be shared. The only thing you want to have all of your control over your most recommended things or applications. But what if you have a shared connection and other user on the same computer or network use the same application and game? Sometime it might be irritating for you.

But using windows 7 you have a choice to lock the applications and features which you don’t want others to share and enjoy. This all can be done using simple steps. For making your stuff private the only thing you need to do is to follow the below steps. By this you can make your folders, files, documents private and hence these can’t be accessed by any other user further.


1. Press the window key on the keyboard or click on the start button.

2. In the search box type gpedit.msc or click on run and then type this command.

3. Then follow the path computer navigation  windows settings  Security settings  application control policies  application locker.

4. Then three options are displayed. Executable's, installers and scripts. Click on either of the options according to the changes you want to make and create the condition as desired.

This simple process can let you feel free. It blocks the access of other user on the blocked areas.
