Which motherboard is best for me

I have an ATX encloser with two USB ports, mic and head set in front. ATX power supply 350W. Two fans front and back.

My next step I want to take is getting a mother board, I am thinking I want an AMD2 processor.

I am wanting to build this PC for Audio and Video (for my home enertainment system)

I also want something I can upgrade and add to, would like to have a few PCI slots. HDMI, Optical, Coax, RGB or able to convert DVI to RGB.

I am just getting started so I really dont know what I am doing.

I would like to stay in the price range of 50.00 to 100.00.

You will need a bigger power supply for starters, get one about 500 Watts, Because when you get a AMD cpu they like a bit of stable power, then you will get a nVidia 8800 video card and so the list goes on.

Make your mind up what cpu you want, then check this compare motherboards section... Motherboards with AMD Chipsets
