Hi,
Goto the following link and download the tool, its called Smit Fraud fix.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe
Once the tool is downloaded then boot to safe mode and once you get to the desktop in safe mode, doubleclick the tool and you will get a blue colored command prompt window.
It will ask you to press any key to continue, press the enter key and then you will get couple of options, press 2 and then hit enter. Then it would ask you if you want to clean the registry, it will have options like Y/N, type Y and press enter and let it work.
Once its done, it will initiate disk clean up, let it run and once its done, restart the system in normal mode and then check.
