Sound Driver Installed,but not working.

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. (This is what it says to me using the device manager; but when I try to disable one of the other sound devices to give it more space, it does not give me an option to disable them. I need some help on what to do to get sound.
