Printing email in Outlook express
 

I cannot print emails from outlook express. When I have viewing an email and attempt to print I receive an error pop up window telling me I have a runtime error. Any suggestions (except moxilla or outlook)? I am running XP sp2, IE7.

Do you also have problems printing from IE7?

IE7 is causing a lot of printing errors. Most are resolved by reinstalling IE7. Outlook and Outlook Express use the rendering engine from IE, so it may be causing your issue.

If you choose to reinstall IE7, make sure to shut down all background applications first, including Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware Software. This will reduce the chances of conflicts.

Sqirrelnmoose.. thanks for response. Yes I can print from IE7, but have exact same problem in MS Office Outlook 2003 ... also downloaded ms windows live mail and had same problem...I can print in hotmail and gmail and ms live messenger...Will try at least to reload IE7
