password problem
 

when i turn on my laptop it wont boot up and just comes up with the message enter current password but i cant remember it and it wont let me into set-up or boot -up sequnce screen, it also will not boot up the recovery cd. It just keeps coming up with the same screen and message Enter Current Password. Can anyone help with this problem.

I think that is bios password, just try to reset it get the laptop battery and find the small battery inside the laptop (you need to open the laptop) then get it, then short the two pins in the laptop motherboard where the small battery is connected. I have done this many times and its ok if the password is not supervisor password. If it is supervisor password its more complicated to reset.
