No sounds, But speakers Recognized
 

So no sound will play on my computer. When I plug in my speakers again my computer says "Audio playing device detected" And when I go to it's properties it says it's working correctly.

This happened right after my dad installed a new phone, so he must have knocked something when he went under the computer to plug it in. I checked though and everything is in place. What could it be?

do u have no sound in the whole pc or just no sound in windows 4 example does ur media player still play cds or dvds with sound or no

no sound anywhere.
