No floppy/hard/cd drives in XP Pro
 

I have managed to corrupt my xp pro o/s during a reinstall leaving me unable to access the floppy drive, hard drive and CD/DVD drive and unable to boot into XP. Does anyone know how I can recover or reinstall the o/s? I am running on a Dell GX270. I have tried replacing the hard drive with another which has a good copy of xp pro from a spare machine but I cannot get it to recognise the disk and I still have no floppy, CD drive etc. The floppy drive gives me a disk i/o error message, the hard drive tells me that there is a problem with the configuration due to a hardware/software change
