memory detecting but not exact
 

means i installed sdram of 128 mb but the bios not taking the same
when i going to install windows the message showing that
windows required more extended memory
or you do not have enough extended mem to install windows
but i replace the ram 256 but the problem same.

how much ram does your system have?
what is the exact error

Hi there

Your video card may be taking some Ram away for its own use, eg . if you install a 256 meg , it will show up as 192 mb ram because some video cards take 64 meg and some 80 meg.

Check your video card, if onboard, take your computer to a computer repair center
