keep getting message javascript disabled

keep getting message javascript disabled ! been in internet opts ticked allow! still disabled, help pls

my first choice on this is to go into add/remove and remove the java runtime environment (all copies).

Then go to Download Free Java Software - Sun Microsystems

and reinstall the program and see if that fixes it!

If there is still a problem, post back here in this same thread and let us know what it does now and also what browser you are using!

You might be running the browser in "no add-ons mode"

Try this:

open IE and select
Tools>Internet Options>Programs Tab
Click on Manage Add-ons Button
You will then be given the enable option
Check to enable
When done, click OK

Then shut down IE and restart!

The web page itself may be the problem. Some web pages are certain browser unfriendly. Use another browser and see if you can read it then!

If the probleme still persisting please do the folowing steps in order to restor the Javascript registry environnement:

Go to start - Run => " regsvr32 jscript.dll "
Go to start - Run => " regsvr32 vbscript.dll "
Go to start - Run => " regsvr32 urlmon.dll "
Go to start - Run => " regsvr32 wshom.ocx "

If you need to remove IE8 :

Go to Start then Run : " %windir%\ie8\spuninst\spuninst.exe "

please postback so that we can share result :icon_smile:

Good luck
