I have 2 laptops that I have the same problem with and cacannot reset bios password on HP laptop do i download this file and boot from cd??

You can reset BIOS password for using software application also using hardware techniques you can reset bios password. For software application you can download bios password reset software and then you can reset password and in hardware techniques you can remove CMOS battery from motherboard and then re connect CMOS battery then password has been destroyed and then reset CMOS password.

Hey guys if its any help at all you can download a copy of hirens boot disk which has tools to wipe cmos along with many other useful system tools , also if it is to remove a bios password you can try a master password from here The BIOS Web: Master password listing

hmm...in the first way...That what you mean by the battery ... battery .. what's so removable battery leptop or the other ... because leptop not have a bios battery.. I had a similar problem ... but i want to reset the BIOS .. how the BIOS does not appear ..or blank screen..i hope your solution...
