how to install windows xp on windows 7 having the setup of windows xp without cd/dvd
 

i have windows 7 ultimate installed on my pc and i have the setup of windows xp in hard disk.i want to install windows xp directly but the option of installing xp is shadowed under setup window.how should i install it ......
any ideas.....................

How are you attempting to start the set up process and are you attempting some kind of dual boot or are you trying to install on a separate partition?
