How to disable "Send an Error Report to Microsoft"

To disable the annoying "Send An Error Report" message in Windows XP
which sends a report to Microsoft every time a program crashes

Follow the steps below:

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
Click on -> System icon
Click on -> Advanced tab
Click on -> Error Reporting button at the bottom of the window
Select -> Disable error reporting radio button.
Click -> OK and OK again

It works for me in both the Admin and User account.
