How To Create PowerPoint 2010 Presentation Handouts In Word
 
Presentations are must for any meetings and when it comes to the business meetings they are definitely important. We may also require the handouts to be given to the participants. Then we go and print the slides in order to get the handouts. These handouts are same as that the slides which are not formatted properly. But what if we want the handouts in Word ? And now the question may be why do we need the handouts in Word and the answer is Word document is easy and quick to format and that too more professionally.

PowerPoint 2010 comes with the solution for this issue. All you have to do is follow the below steps and there you go.

Step1: Go the FILE menu and choose SHARE option.

Step 2: Select the option labeled as Create Handouts

Step 3: Now click on the required page layout.

Step 4: Now you will find that the presentation opened in WORD. Here, you can make the necessary changes like changing the page layout, changing format, add additional content to it and you handover is ready. Any changes can be made to it.
