Are you running a diagnostic program?
Is this displayed in your web browser?

I just got it while I was on a webpage and I dont know what you mean "Are you running a diagnostic program?" No its a box that came up.

Sounds like a DNS error, the URL can't be found and an IP address returned or the IP address returned isn't the correct one. do you use a fixed DNS address or is it dynamicly assigned?
