Dual Boot xp & Vista with Vista Already Installed

I was reading your tutorial on how to instal xp with vista already installed, i have 2 confusions from it.
1- My Sony Vaio came with Vista Preinstalled and i did not get a Vista DVD. How do i repair the Vista Bootloader?

2- I am not an expert in instaling XP, so i need to know how i can run the instalation of XP. Do I reboot the CPU with the XP cd in the drive or do I double click on it the CD drive?

Please reply asap, as i am having trouble with my work softwares which primarily run on XP.

For installing XP you will have to boot directly from the disc, that option will come during start-up.

As regards to Vista, I believe you will have to manage to get some disc.
