Hi, I'm having problem to go on the computer.. there ja blue.screen n don't have access to reboot..

i think there can be any problem with your drivers. reinstall your drivers.

safe mode - last known good configuration
 

hello, try booting into Safe Mode.
keep pressing the F8 key as the laptop boots.

if you are shown a scree for choosing where to boot (hard disk, cdrom, etc) -- choose to boot from the hard disk.

still keep pressing on the F8 button.
you will then be presented with the option to boot into safe mode.

select "boot from last known good configuration".
