An error question??

I get three error reports and can't get rid of them
I don't know where to begin....
1st error: CLinkManager():
/default/javascript/util/common.js
files not included

2nd error: CMultiNVPairCookie():
/default/javascript/core/JavaUtil.js
files not included
3rd error: Object Creation was not successful

I have had some feedback about clear the cache and cookies from browser...but quite honestly...I need more details on how that is done as well as if the error reports are serious or something I can do with direction.
That's about it. :-)

It seems like you have been using some sort of browser program. For the first two errors, I suggest you either try again later as this may be a result of server side scripting errors or internet connection problems. You may also want to try to disable your popup blockers as these features sometimes block even the wanted files for preloading an animation of sorts.

What program is getting these errors?

In re: to the error question: I am also getting these exact error messages,and I am not able to do anything on the website,the website is called SNAPFISH, its where I store my digital photos, it was working fine, then all of a sudden one day I get these messages and I cant do anyhting!

1st error: CLinkManager():
/default/javascript/util/common.js
files not included

2nd error: CMultiNVPairCookie():
/default/javascript/core/JavaUtil.js
files not included

Does anyone know what these are and how do I get rid of them??
:confused:

I have tried to read the source of the errors myself and it seems that other people are getting the same errors on snapfish while using internet explorer. Snapfish mentioned that they will be working on it and it seems like the problem is within their web app and browser compatibility issues.

A good workaround would be either using Mozilla or Firefox browsers or using another online image website like Picassa or Flickr.

same here!!!

I feel relieved upon reading through the discussion thread about these series of annoying MS internet explorer pop-up (_ClinkManager0:/default/javascript/util/common.js) when I was trying to go to Snapfish.com as well from home since last week. Then, I kept clicking "OK" each time each pop-up appears; I ultimately was able to open my account but does not let me see my photo library to my older albums- just blank- only the three most recent albums. I also could not upload and create a new album. I wrote to [email protected] and inquired with them- they said make sure the Internet Explorer is 5.0 or higher, disable pop-up blockers, which I all did. Still, no success. I called Dell Tech support which didn't solve the problem and even tried to re-download Internet Explorer 6.0 maybe mine was missing updated files- still no success. But, tried another digital photo service website - Shutterfly.com and was able to get through and upload! I spent the last three days figuring this out and trying to remedy to no avail- got very frustrated and just typed/searched the above expression. Then, this forum appeared! I'm really thankful.

Seems like I'm not the only one having a problem accessing snapfish from my home computer (though, I could open my snapfish account from my work computer!).

My suggestion is- if everybody who's having this problem could write and notify them to [email protected]. Maybe, they could do something.

IE Errors w/ snapfish

Delete your cookies and temporary internet files then try snapfish again. It worked for me. From Internet Explorer click on Tools>Internet Options>General>Delete Cookies>Delete Files.:)

I also had the same exact script errors with Snapfish, I tried everything to fix it and nothing worked. My snapfish account worked fine on other computers, but I knew there was nothing wrong with my computer. I went to Mozilla.com and downloaded Firefox for free, and my snapfish acct. worked fine on my same computer. And after about a month, the script errors went away on Snapfish (on Internet Explorer..) So they will go away on their own, it is a problem with Snapfish as far as I can tell..

This is problem frequently appeared while using Snapfish which I believe there are better alternative than Snapfish. You can use FlickR and Picasa for Web and you can research further into the following link:
