Default Msgsrv32 is Not Responding

Ok hi first time here goes. I use w98se, 1800mhz, ie 6.0, 40 gigs and 512 ram. I use adware and CcLeaner and cleanup and AVG 7.5 and no firewall .

I use the pc for 8/10 hours at nite and when i try to shut down a window bye clicking on the X it doesn t close down at all it just freezes up, so i try Ctrl/ Alt / Del to shut the site down and nothing works all is Frozen and all i get is
" Msgsrv32 is Not responding / system is busy and un stable ( ? ) try again later " and off course the start Pop up shut down command is froozen, sheech so the only way to shut the pc down is the off button, front one is frozen on - on the back of the PC ! ? This is getting very annoying and opps all power saving commands are on never. Would turning off the screen saver make a difference i wonder but then would the screen get damaged?

So whats this all about and of course whats the fix ! ?

byeee and thanks . . .
